After an 18 month qualifying period, employees can visit any Nuffield hospital every two years for a health screening. If employees prefer to visit an alternative health screening clinic, we'll give them £300 towards the cost.
This health screening takes the form of a comprehensive health and well-being assessment, during which every aspect of an employee's health is taken into account.
We know how hard it can be to make sense of complex medical information. All health screenings are followed by a full consultation with an experienced doctor. The employee will be advised on any preventive health actions they can take.
When the health screening is finished, employees leave with a personalised written report and can expect to receive all relevant health fact-sheets within two weeks.
