Healthcare policy cash benefits

There are five generous cash benefit policies you can add to your Company cover to enhance your employee benefits package - for an additional premium at renewal time. You can decide which insured employees have the extra benefits. And you can include their family members, even if they're not covered on the main policy.

Help employees under 50 offset the blow of losing an income while ill, with a tax-free lump sum payout. Thirty days after being diagnosed with a critical condition - more than 20 are covered including heart attack, stroke, loss of hearing and cancer - this benefit pays out £5,000 or £10,000, depending on the premium level you choose.

This plan provides scheme members with up to £1,500 cash per policy year for major NHS or private dental work, such as crowns and bridges, and up to £5,000 for dental injuries.

Ensure your employees receive generous cash sums to help with the family budget, when they have to stay in hospital - whether they're being treated privately or on the NHS. They will receive £50 per night, or £100 if they have a serious illness such as a heart attack. The nightly benefit is halved for under 21s and over 60s.

Provide extra security for your employees and their families with a tax-free payout of up to £100,000 should they be permanently injured, disabled or die in an accident.

This policy covers any number of business, or personal trips abroad of less than 90 days during the policy year (including skiing holidays). It provides comprehensive cover, including medical emergencies, cancellation, and loss of baggage - so your employees should never have to buy travel insurance again!
