All five Primecare plans feature a no-claims discount to help make your money go further. Plans such as Choices and health cash plans do not offer a no-claims discount option as they work in a different way.
If you have a plan from the Primecare range, then you will have already benefited from the starter discount, when you first applied. Each year that you don't need to claim on your policy you'll automatically move up one level on our no-claims discount scale until you reach the maximum of 50%.

Even if you do claim, you need not lose all your discount, you simply move back two levels and start to rebuild the discount the following year.
